Card Authenticity & Grading Standards

At PokeVault, every card we sell is hand-inspected and sourced from reputable distributors and verified collections. Here's what you can expect:

Graded Cards

• All graded singles include the official cert number from the grading authority (PSA, BGS, or CGC).
• Grade and condition are listed on every product page — what you see is what you get.
• We do not alter, crack, or re-case any graded card.

Sealed Product

• All Elite Trainer Boxes and sealed product are factory sealed and stored in a climate-controlled environment.
• We source directly from authorized distributors to ensure authenticity.

Our Guarantee

If a product arrives damaged or does not match its listing, contact us within 7 days for a full resolution — replacement, store credit, or refund.
